To celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Lucky Duck Fudgery, we developed the Salty Duck as opposed to a “Salty Dog.” We sandwich a layer of salted caramel between layers of Dark Chocolate Brownie fudge and finish with a sprinkle of pink Himalayan sea salt on top for the perfect mix of salty and sweet.
